Managing Director

Noah Hibbs

Noah is a passionate and relational leader who brings a heart for service and a handful of dad jokes to everything he does. He has been married to his wife, Bekah, for three years, and together, they share life with their two adventurous dogs in Dade City. After spending their entire lives in Colorado, Noah and Bekah decided to pursue their careers with

Chick-fil-A and relocated to Florida for the grand opening of Chick-fil-A Zephyrhills in 2021.

Before working for Chick-fil-A, Noah played professional inline hockey and coached Semi-professional inline hockey in Colorado. While he was coaching, he fell in love with developing individuals and helping them be the best versions of themselves on and off the ice. This experience influenced his mission as a leader to create an environment of personal development, care, results, and above all else share God's love with everyone he serves. Additionally, Noah aspires to make sure there is an open space for others to excel and that they have the tools they need to be confident in who they are. Outside of work, Noah still enjoys playing hockey, hiking, collecting antique flashlights, and traveling.

Noah loves working for Chick-fil-A because he is able to serve others, his community, and his co-workers. The company's commitment to exceptional guest service and positive community impact resonates with who he is. Noah enjoys being part of a team that strives to make a difference in people's lives, one meal at a time.

Managing Director

Richie Atherton-Cole

Meet Richie, our Managing Director at Chick‑fil‑A Zephyrhills! Originally from Germany, Richie moved to Clearwater at age 12 and later to Tallahassee for college. After beginning his Chick‑fil‑A journey there, he eventually made his way to Zephyrhills to join our team as Managing Director. He is thrilled to be part of a community that already feels like home.

Richie is passionate about excellence, creating an experience where every guest feels genuinely cared for, and pouring into those he has the opportunity to serve alongside with; three principles that guide his leadership each day. He has worked with Chick‑fil‑A for over eight years, including six years at Chick‑fil‑A West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee, where his love for leadership and people development first took root and has continued to grow.

Outside the restaurant, Richie is someone who values connection and the people in his life. He spends as much time as possible with friends, whether that’s sharing a meal, exploring new places, or simply catching up after a long day. A lifelong soccer enthusiast, he loves both playing and watching the sport, and he rarely turns down an opportunity to catch a match. When he’s not active, Richie enjoys unwinding with a good movie; always on the lookout for a new favorite film. These passions help him stay grounded, energized, and inspired as he continues to grow as a leader in the Zephyrhills community.

Director of Talent

Martin Calhoun

Martin is a dedicated and innovative leader with a passion for excellence in everything he does. He ensures that our kitchen operates with efficiency, precision and to the highest standards. His thoughtful approach to training empowers team members, providing them with clear feedback and encouraging instruction that helps them grow both in skill and confidence.

Martin leads by example, embodying our core values at the highest level. His unwavering commitment to doing things the right way creates a positive and motivating workplace where team members feel inspired to reach their full potential professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Martin’s leadership extends beyond the kitchen. As the oldest of his siblings, he has always had a natural ability to guide and support others. He enjoys reading, working out, exploring technology and helping those around him succeed.

Director of Front of House Operations

Rebekah Hibbs

Bekah, our Front of House Director, is a quick thinker and problem-solver who constantly seeks ways to elevate our operations. Her commitment to excellence, hospitality, and accuracy ensures that every guest receives top-tier service. Bekah’s leadership and drive inspire our team to perform at their absolute best every day.

Outside of work, Bekah treasures quality time with her husband, Noah, and their two beloved fur babies, Griffin and Maverick. Whether she’s at work or home, Bekah’s dedication and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does.

Director of Sales and Brand Growth

Emily Henke

Meet our Director of Marketing and Brand Growth, Emily Henke! Originally from Essex, England, Emily embarked on her journey to the U.S. in 2016 thanks to a soccer scholarship at Saint Leo University. Her genuine passion for community and commitment to fostering a supportive and uplifting team culture truly shine through in her daily work.

Beyond her professional life, Emily treasures the moments spent with her family, including her husband Spencer and their beloved dog, Cookie. She finds joy in simple pleasures, such as going to the movies and enjoying the beach with lots of sunscreen! She's excited to be a part of our Chick-fil-A moo crew!

Director of BOH Operations

Tristan Bonds

Tristan combines his culinary expertise with a passion for creating systems that drive efficiency and maximize results. As the oldest of six siblings, Tristan learned early on the value of leadership, responsibility, and fostering collaboration—skills that have shaped his approach to both cooking and leading teams.

With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Tristan specializes in designing processes that are not only effective but also easy to follow, helping to streamline operations and elevate the overall guest experience. Beyond his love for food, he is deeply committed to leadership development and takes pride in bringing out the best in those around him.

In his personal time, Tristan enjoys engaging in thoughtful philosophical debates, diving into social science books, and savoring a great cup of coffee. His blend of intellectual curiosity and culinary passion fuels his dedication to both personal and professional growth.

Drive-Thru Coordinator

Rachel Bedus

Rachel brings a unique blend of small-town warmth and professional precision to her role. Growing up in a close-knit community, she developed a strong appreciation for family, hospitality, and the joy of bringing people together.

With a passion for creating seamless and memorable events, Rachel takes accuracy and attention to detail to the next level, ensuring that every aspect of our restaurant exceeds expectations. Her enthusiasm, paired with her dedication to personalized service, makes her an invaluable part of our team and a trusted partner for clients.

When she’s not crafting exceptional experiences, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local events, and finding new ways to make every gathering feel like home.

FOH Training Coordinator

Summer Jayne

Summer serves as Training Coordinator with a focus on developing confident, capable team members and creating an environment where people feel genuinely welcomed and supported. She is passionate about practical, hands-on training that builds both skill and connection, helping each team member grow into their role with clarity and encouragement.

Her faith shapes the way she leads—with humility, consistency, and a commitment to care for people well.

Outside of work, Summer is pursuing her studies at Point University and enjoys baking, reading, and taking walks, always looking for ways to keep learning and growing in both life and leadership.

Experience Coordinator

Spencer Bronner

Spencer serves as our Experience Coordinator, where she leads both guest and team member experience with heart, energy, and unwavering dedication. Known for her drive, Spencer brings a people-first mindset to everything she does. She believes that exceptional experiences begin with empowered teams, and puts that mindset towards her team every day.

Spencer is committed to making every guest interaction the best one possible. Whether she’s refining processes behind the scenes or connecting directly with guests and team members, she approaches each day with enthusiasm and positivity.

Outside of work, Spencer values quality time with her family, two cats, staying active through workouts, and spending time with friends. Her dedication to connection and well-being carries seamlessly from her personal life into her professional role, making her an integral part of our team and culture.

BOH Training Coordinator

Allex Bullard

Allex is a dynamic individual who blends his love for music with his work ethic. Allex has brought a unique perspective to his role, drawing inspiration from his diverse interests. Allex has grown in many ways while here at Chick-fil-A Zephyrhills which helps him lead the charge in his role as BOH training Coordinator.

Inventory Coordinator

Tommy Arnold

Tommy combines his extensive working knowledge of our kitchen with a meticulous approach to inventory management. He ensures we always have what we need to succeed while maintaining a LEAN stock, balancing efficiency with readiness. His expertise and dedication keep our operations running smoothly every day.

Beyond his role here, Tommy serves as an assistant pastor in our local community, where he finds joy in helping others. He treasures his family, homeschooling his son alongside his wife, whom he deeply adores. In his free time, Tommy enjoys exploring the great outdoors, finding inspiration and balance in nature.

Prep/Catering Coordinator

Ely Rosario

Ely Rosario Reyes is a talented professional known for her dynamic approach and creative flair. Ely brings a unique blend of skills ad passion to her field. Her love for photography, traveling, and makeup not only fuels her personal interests but also professional endeavors.

Social Media Coordinator

Rebecca Brady

Rebecca is the heart behind our team, bringing a rare combination of resilience, organization and genuine care to everything she does. She is deeply invested in the growth and development of our team members, ensuring that each person feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Her leadership is rooted in her strong Christian faith, which guides her commitment to servant leadership and ownership—two core values that define our Chick-fil-A culture. Rebecca’s ability to communicate with clarity and compassion makes her an invaluable part of our restaurant, helping to shape a team that truly embodies care.

Outside of work, Rebecca adores spending time with her husband, Haiden, and their three little “nuggets.” She finds joy in coffee, gardening, and the simple pleasure of a well-appointed journal paired with the perfect pen.
